Dr. Bruce graduated magna cum laude in Cell and Molecular Biology from the San Francisco State University, San Francisco. She received her dental degree from the University of California, San Francisco where she was a University of California Regents Scholar. Dr. Bruce completed her endodontic training and Masters of Science in Oral Biology from Baylor College of Dentistry, Dallas, in 1992.

Dr. Bruce is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, Southwest Society of Endodontists, DFW Endodontic Study Club, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Dallas and Denton County Dental Societies.

Dr. Bruce is married and the mother of 2 children.
